Although there is Direct Access for Physical Therapy now, I prefer that you get a referral from you physician.
Do I need prescription for Health Coaching?
No, a referral is not necesssary.
What type of insurance do you accept?
At this time, I do not accept Medicare or other private insurance. This is a cash based practice.
What kind of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Zelle or Paypal.
Do you do Physical Therapy or Health Coaching in your clinic?
I have a mobile practice. I will see in your home for Physical Therapy or Health Coaching, or use Zoom or Facetime for Health Coaching. Physical Therapy visits are always in person.
How many sessions do I need for Physical Therapy or Health Coaching?
You will be assessed on the first session and together we will discuss goals and treatment, including the number of sessions to achieve your goals.
